"Really disappointed and hoping they make it right"
I had a frustrating experience with customer service. It took a while to get any response, and when I finally did, the help I got didn’t really solve anything. I expected better, and at this point I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or at least a real effort to make it right. I don’t see myself coming back unless they handle this properly.
